Short Films

I have been watching a variety of different short films for some inspiration for my own and how they are made differently from box office films. The short films I have been watching are Pixar, Desserts, Spin and Offside. All of these films were completely different from each other, in the story itself to the camera work. Like for instance Pixar showed a little comic strip that involved just one scene that could begin and end in 3 minutes with making sense, it was like a funny scene in a film shortened and fastened. The other 3 they showed mystery and red herrings like Desserts that can lead you onto something that there isn’t which would be a good idea to put in a short film. They also showed suspense in all of them, but in Spin it showed a imaginative story line that would hook the viewer until the end like where a DJ controls time to save peoples lives.

  1. Rather vague here Ben. Read over your writing and make sure you have written proper sentences. When you write the name of films you also need to write the director's name and the year of the film's release.
